Shipping policy
Processing Time
All items are printed on demand and typically take 3–5 business days to be produced before shipping.
Please note that production time and shipping time are separate. Orders must first be produced before they are shipped.
During high-volume periods, such as holidays or promotional sales, production may take slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times can be found in the product description for each item.
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and postal service conditions.
Shipping Origin
We offer international shipping for all of our products, but the production location varies by product type.
Wall art orders are fulfilled by our production partners in both the United States and the European Union.
Blanket orders are currently fulfilled from the United States only.
Whenever possible, orders are produced and shipped from the facility closest to the delivery address to reduce delivery time.
For regions outside the US and EU, the closest available production facility will be used when possible.
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments if they are produced at different facilities.
Shipping Costs
We are currently offering free shipping.
Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply in their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Please note that full tracking may not be available for all destinations.
Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, postal service disruptions, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the delivery process is handled by the carrier.
Packages may only be considered lost after 30 days from the estimated delivery date.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Carefully check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Order details (such as the shipping address) can only be changed within 3 hours of placing the order.
After this time, the order may already be in production and cannot be modified.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note that colors may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, monitor calibration, and lighting conditions.
