🚚 SHIPPING

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. We ship worldwide, though delivery times and fees may vary depending on your location. Shipping information is displayed next to each product.


Q: Where does my order ship from?
A: Product shipping origin is noted on the product page. Many of our items are produced in both the US and EU; some products ship from US only.

Q: When will i receive my order?
A: Processing and shipping times vary depending on the product and your location, since different items are made and shipped from different facilities. The approximate processing and delivery time for each item is listed on its product page.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow your package’s journey.

Q: Do I have to pay customs or import fees?
A: Orders shipped from outside your region may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees upon delivery. These fees are outside our control and are the buyer’s responsibility. Check product page for information about shipping origin.


💳 ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and secure local payment options depending on your region.

Q: Can I change my order after it’s placed?
A: If you contact us quickly (within 3 hours of ordering), we can adjust it before production begins. 

Q: Is my payment secure?
A: Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify’s secure payment gateway, which uses encryption to protect your information.

Q: Why does PayPal show a charge before shipping is calculated?
A: When you place an order with PayPal, the amount is temporarily reserved (pre-authorized) on your account. This is not a completed payment - it's simply a hold to confirm that funds are available. If you do not finish the checkout process, the authorization is automatically released and the money returns to your account, usually within a few minutes.


❌ CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of purchase. We send orders to processing manually, giving people some time to contact us, in case they made a mistake in their order. But after that, the order is sent to production and is out of our hands.

Q: Can i return my item?
A:  Under EU law, buyers typically have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days. This right usually does not apply to custom made or personalized goods - an exemption which all products in this store fall under.

However, we still offer the option to return your item if you are not satisfied with it. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving it. Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be issued. Contact us at spectredevala@gmail.com to specify the details.

Q: What if I received the wrong item?
A: Reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos from different angles, we will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Q: How are your products made?
A: All SpectreDeVala's products are made to order using high-quality production partners to ensure durability and vibrant designs.

Q: Will the colors look the same in real life as on screen?
A: Colors may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, monitor calibration, and lighting conditions. This is not considered a defect. But if the colors look significantly off - contact us and we will solve the issue.
