Made to Order
All products in this store are made to order and printed specifically for you after purchase.
Orders may be cancelled or changed within 3 hours of purchase.
After this time, the order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement.
Please contact us at spectredevala@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue and the packaging.
We will work with our print partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note: We are not responsible for incorrect size selection. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the measurements before placing an order.
If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, you may still cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase (see the first section).
European Union Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, buyers typically have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized goods.
All products in this store are made to order and fall under this exemption.
However, we still offer the option to return your item if you are not satisfied with it. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving it. Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be issued.
Refunds
Once your issue has been reviewed and approved, we will notify you and confirm whether a refund or replacement will be issued.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
